Works in management consulting for the past 25 years, engaging in highly complex projects that require experience in transformation processes involving strategy, organization and people.
\n<\/span>He is a partner of Inova Consultoria de Gest\u00e3o (iCG), developing projects of strategy, organization and sustainable development. He <\/span>works in partnership with ADVS in projects in the area of \u200b\u200bStrategic Intelligence.
\n<\/span>Prior to iCG and for 12 years, Andr\u00e9 worked for Arthur D. Little, where his last responsibility was as President of the company’s operations in Brazil. He worked actively in the global areas of Strategy and Organization, collaborating with the development of methodologies, and development <\/span>of Energy and Utilities, collaborating with his expertise in this field.
\n<\/span>In addition to his business knowledge in the Energy and Utilities fields, Andr\u00e9 has developed projects in other industries such as Agribusiness, Assembly and Process Industries, Product Logistics, Media and Communication, Services, and Government Agencies.

Andr\u00e9 graduated as Electrical Engineer by FAAP and developed specialization courses in Business Administration and Economics by FGV (CEAG), Marketing at Wharton and Strategic Operation Management at AOTS-Japan and Corporate Governance at IBGC. Promoted and translated the book in Brazil \u2018The three laws of performance – Steve Zaffron\u2019, lecturing as invited teacher at USP in the graduation and MBA courses. Lectured as invited teacher at FGV\/GVPEC about strategy, marketing, quality management, process redesign, ethics and learning organization.<\/p>\n
