He has worked in projects of strategic intelligence, strategic planning, computer planning and introduction of information systems for more than 20 years through consulting projects in large companies, national and multinational, public and private. Based on collaboration with researchers and professionals with worldwide recognized competence (ADVS France, Academy of CI-Boston-USA), he has implemented innovative approaches and structures for strategic forward monitoring, focusing on processes aimed at creating collective intelligence environments and building Intelligence networks from the cooperation between people within the companies where he develops his works.
He is responsible for ADVS Brasil, that develops Strategic Analysis and Competitive Intelligence projects. He is a member of the SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals) Brazil’s Steering Committee.
Professor at FEA / USP, responsible for the discipline of Information Management and Business Intelligence, and post-graduations (master’s and doctorate) since 2004. He was Professor of Business Policy and Strategy at FEA / USP-RP from 1996 to 2003.
He is coordinator of Strategic, Competitive and Economic Intelligence MBA at FIPE. He is responsible for ADVS Brasil (www.advsbrasil.com.br), and for the ADVS Brasil partnership with the Academy of CI (Gilad, Fuld and Herrig).
He has participated in projects of companies such as Itaú, Alcoa, Telesp, São Paulo State Government, BOVESPA, Serasa, Nestlé, Ibope, CEF. He has developed works in partnership with companies such as Brainsoft Consulting (Zurich), Arthur D. Little, GV Consult and FIA. Among the works he has developed it can be cited:

He is responsible at FIPE to coordinate the Master’s Degree in International Economics and Globalization within the exchange between FIPE and the University of Grenoble and at FIA to coordinate the exchange with the Change and Innovation MBA of the Institut d’Administration d’Entreprise of the Université Aix-en-Provence.
He is Engineer from the Polytechnic School of USP and PhD in Administration from the Université Pierre Mendès France. He holds a specialization course in Competitive Intelligence from the Academy of Competitive Intelligence of Boston – USA.
